Reconstruction:
Accident Reconstruction is based on the
collection, examination and interpretation of physical
evidence found at the accident scene. This has been advanced
through the invent of computerized software programs written
to aid the accident reconstructionist. These programs range
from the use of Crash III (crush) databases to determine
equivalent barrier speed losses to trajectory programs to
simulate vehicle actions.
